Who we are
This website is operated by Kalara CODE Co., Ltd, trading as CODE Samui, at 55/13 Moo 6, Bang Por Soi 4, Maenam, Koh Samui, Surat Thani 84330, Thailand.
If you have any question about your information, or you would like us to correct or delete something, write to rsvn@samuicode.com and a person will answer you.
What we collect
Nothing. There is no form on this website, no account to create and no newsletter to join. You can read every page without telling us who you are.
You only share anything with us when you choose to start a conversation yourself — by messaging us on WhatsApp, calling, or sending an email. Then we have whatever you chose to tell us, and nothing more.
We never ask for payment details on this site, and you should not send them to us by email or WhatsApp.
What we do with what you send us
We use it to answer you, and to arrange your stay if you go on to book. That is all. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your asking.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to answer you and look after your stay, and afterwards only where we are required to keep records — for accounting and tax, for example. If you would rather we deleted your messages sooner, ask us and we will.
Other companies involved
A few parts of this site are run by other companies, and they handle information under their own policies:
- Vercel — hosts the site and counts page views. The counting is anonymous and sets no cookies.
- Google Maps — the map on our Location page is embedded from Google, which will see your IP address and may set its own cookies when the map loads.
- STAAH SwiftBook — our booking engine. Pressing Book takes you to their site, where their privacy policy applies, not ours.
- WhatsApp — if you choose to message us, WhatsApp and its owner Meta handle that conversation.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and does not track you around the internet. The embedded Google map is the one exception noted above.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will deal with it. If you are in Europe, or covered by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you have these rights in law — but we would honour them regardless.
